The 2nd graders talked about all the life that happens when there is clean water in a pond and scolded Jan when she threw a plastic water bottle into the pond!
In February of 2024, one hundred-seventy 5th grade students from Goodridge and Challenger Elementary Schools and one hundred-fifteen 2nd grade students from Challenger Elementary School attended a presentation by Jan Elftmann, from the Science Museum of Minnesota, about one of our most precious natural resources "WATER".
Students had fun learning about the water cycle and what they could do to help keep our water supply clean.
